    This is incorrect. The first man to be killed by a robot was Mr. Robert Williams in 1971.

      @Heather: I’ve read that story of Robert Williams, but unlike the above, there doesn’t really exist any hard documented evidence for Williams. That’s not to say he wasn’t killed by one, just I need a well-documented story to post it as fact.
