		<description>As an autopsy assistant who receives the body after organ donation, I can assure the reader what is left would NEVER fit inside a Manila envelope. I can&#039;t imagine where you ever got that idea. Unless you donate your skin, which is extremely rare, you can go on to have an open coffin viewing and no one would ever know you donated your organs. Even donating your bones is unnoticeable, as wooden rods are left in their place. Eyes are replaced, also. Your body as everyone else sees it, remains fully intact and will fit in nothing smaller than a coffin.</description>
