i found that swallowing spit will keep the growling away for a little bit, but spit is constant, so itll technically take it away forever.

When my stomach growls, or makes strange noises, I push down on it with my arm, and you can feel it like pushing air out and it makes you feel less hungy as well!

Hello, my stomach used to growl when I was in my elementry school. I was unaware of my eating habit. Nowadays, I eat sufficient food. So, it stopped. Haha.

Hey, interesting article! Yesterday I had to write a test and my stomach was growling the whole 2 hours. At first the guy beside was laughing because it was pretty funny. But then I noticed him to begin to get irritated. I’m familiar with pushing in my stomach with my hand but never heard the pencil or breath trick. I’ll have to try it sometime, haha.
